Assign a limit of moments per year for each player for each rarity tier. Players who already have a lot of moments like Giannis and Zion should get less moments the next year. - Tickets Exchange
Begin the ticket system by allowing people to send moments to the Top Shot account. Give people more tickets for rare and legendary moments than common ones. Reward those who send in tickets sooner with drawings for packs and moments. - Burning
Users can basically burn moments right now by sending it to another frozen account. Top Shot just needs to keep track of what is sent there and by whom. Incentivize this by requiring it for challenge rewards or drops. - Staking
Give users fee discounts, Dapper credits, baller status points, packs and moments for holding. The length of owning the moment and how rare it is should compound the rewards. - Buy Back
